MOPS: Mothers of Preschoolers MOPS, or Mothers of Preschoolers, is a program designed for mothers with children under
school age. The women involved are all ages and backgrounds, but share the same desire to be the best mother they can be. Each meeting features a speaker and/or craft, followed by discussion topics, good food and
fellowship. We welcome moms of all ages and situations. You don't have to be a Hope member to participate in MOPS! "Scholarships" are available if needed!
For more information about MOPS International, check out the website: www.mops.org
. Each second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 6:30 - 8:00 pm, Hope will
offer:
* a haven for soothing frazzled nerves and forming lifelong friendships * teaching by an experienced mother who shares biblical truths and practical ways to fulfill the varied roles of
mother, wife and woman * discussion groups in an encouraging, accepting atmosphere where moms can express their feelings on motherhood and marriage * a quality children's program * an opportunity to complete a creative project.
Join other members and friends of Hope at our WOW dinner at 5:30pm in the Family Center before heading off to MOPS. Nursery will be open to children four and younger and there are opportunities for your older children to be involved in choir, liturgical dance or childrens bible lessons (check “Events at Hope” for the link to the Word on Wednesday schedule for more information).
