All senior high and college-aged students will be participating in this summer’s service and advocacy trip to Washington, DC. The week will be packed full with great experiences: meaningful conversation with organizations that serve the poor and the people who make use of those services; hands-on activities such as preparing meals at a shelter, doing home repairs for the elderly, and working with refugee children; the opportunity to learn more about advocacy and meet our congressional representative; powerful Bible studies, worship, and time for reflection; and, of course, time to see the sights in this fabulous city!
